Rice Substitute Considerations
*Another great substitute for rice is mock fried rice. Try this great recipe which substitutes raw cauliflower for white rice and is a perfect copy of fried rice - they call it mock fried rice.But remember, when making substitutions be sure to measure accurately for best results. These rice substitutes will slightly alter the taste and possibly the texture, weight, or moisture content of the finished recipe - whether it's better or worse depends upon your palate. Don't be afraid to experiment though, you might like the new flavor better than the original.
