Also, they list high on any <strong>St. Patricks Day desserts<\/strong> list.  I used my favorite red velvet cake recipe and altered it slightly to get a cake that wouldn&#8217;t rise too much so that a shamrock cookie cutter will cut through it.  If you have a metal cookie cutter, that will work much better than my narrow plastic one. Follow with the Sour Cream, Milk, Food Coloring &#038; Vanilla and then beat again. <\/p> \r\n\r\n<p><strong>4) Pour<\/strong> in the flour mixture slowly and mix at low speed, just until mixed. <\/p> \r\n\r\n<p><strong>5) Spread<\/strong> the mixture into a prepared (greased &#038; floured) sheet pan. This recipe will make 2 sheet pans.
